ORLANDO, Florida – Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation has announced a strategic expansion of The Marriott Vacation Clubs™ across the Asia Pacific region, highlighted by new resort developments in Thailand and Bali.
The new Marriott Vacation Club, Khao Lak Beach Resort is scheduled to open on August 28, 2025. The property will feature 52 two-bedroom apartments with Southern Thai architectural elements. Owners and guests will have full access to the amenities of the adjacent JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa.
Additionally, the company is adding 32 new apartments to Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace and is introducing Marriott’s Enclave at Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, which will offer exclusive units with private pools and full kitchens. To support this growth, the company is expanding its marketing call center in Shanghai, increasing its workforce from 80 to 125 associates.
